GENERAL  CONDITION AND REGULATION
 
 

RESERVATION :

For Cruises purchased through a travel agency, clients will be allowed
to board the boat upon showing the appropriate agency voucher.
  For cruises purchased directly from us, all reservations must beconfirmed  in writing and with a deposit of 25% of the total value of the cruise. The remaining balance is due 15 days before embarking for the cruise. Credit cards are not accepted.
Should you cancel your trip within the last month prior to departure, you will be required to pay 25% of the total value of the cruise unless the boat can be booked for the same dates.
The length of the cruise is determined at reservation. Should you decide to leave early, you will not be reimbursed for the remaining days with no exceptions.
Reimbursement will only be given should the cruise not occur due to the
crew or technical problems with the boat. Weather conditions will never be factor for reimbursement.
The captain will do his best to insure a pleasant cruise and to follow specifications and itinerary determined at reservation. However, the captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to incumbent weather and high sea conditions. A change in the itinerary or bad
weather conditions will not be justifications for reimbursement.

THE CRUISE INCLUDES :
Transportation from the airport to the boat and from the boat to the airport, hotel.
Board and lodging (breakfast, lunch and diner), aperitif and wine included with meal
Linens are provided
Snorkeling equipment (fins, mask and snorkel)

NOT INCLUDED :
Additional alcoholic beverages will be charged and paid at the end of the cruise
Any charges due to phone communications on the boat will be charged at the rate of the incoming call.
Excursions requiring motorized vehicules,  car, scooter, and bicycle rental will be paid directly by passenger
All equipment damaged or lost will be charged accordingly

When purchasing a cruise, you agree to the above conditions and  regulations.
